MEATBALLS:
2 bags/2 lb each frozen meatballs

SAUCE:
1 C water
1 C brown sugar
1 15 oz. can/jar sauerkraut*
1 16 oz can cranberry jelly
1 12 oz. jar chili sauce

TOPPING:
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese

*no one knows this is in it—cooks like onions

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare meatballs, set aside.

In large pot, mix all ingredients for sauce. Simmer on med/med-high for 15-20 min until blended. Add meatballs to sauce. Simmer on low for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Prior to serving, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Provide toothpicks.

Serve in large crock pot to keep warm
- great to make ahead, then warm slowly before serving.
