1/4 c. soy
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
2 tsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Curry
2 TBLS Lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 TBLS Crushed Red Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
1 1/2 pound chicken sliced in strips


Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 TBLS Brown Sugar
2 TBLS Creamy peanut butter
1/2 tps Crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic
Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well. Add chicken to marinate 4 hours or more in refrigerator. Then put all chicken strips on skewers. Throw on foil to cook until chicken is done. Serve with sticky or regular rice and Dipping sauce.
