In a sauce pan melt together on low heat, stirring constantly...

2- 6 oz packages semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter

In the meantime in a large bowl, combine
1-1/2 cups nut (your preference of peanuts, walnut or whatever)
1 10-1/2 oz pkg. miniature marshmallows

Pour melted chocolate over mixture in bowl and stir until blended. Do not overstir so that marshmallows will not be completely melted. Pour into greased, wax paper lined 13" x 9" baking dish. Chill for two hours. Cut into squares.
