2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 lb. gr. beef and pork

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients. Cut in the shortening. Add the milk to make a soft dough. Knead about 20 seconds. Roll to 1/4" inch thick and cut, oblong. Place meat on and roll up. Seal the ends and place on a greases cookie sheet. Bake @ 450º for 15 minutes.

Grandma always made these for Aunt Jan's birthday because they were sick of ham and cheese buns, which they had a lot around the holidays.
