1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. grated carrot
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. celery
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green pepper
1 1/2 lb. boneless top round steak, cut into strips
1/2 c. ketchup
1 TB. vegetable oil
1/4 c. picante sauce
1 med. chopped onion
1 TB. cidar vinegar

Directions:
In a bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add the steak, which has been cut into strips. Shake well. Take out and brown the meat in the oil. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 60-75 minutes, or until the meat is nice and tender. Serve over hot cooked pasta.

After you have browned the meat you can put the rest in the crock pot and cook for a while, 6 hours or so, till the meat is tender.
