2 1/2 cs.flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c.water
1/2c.butter
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs lightly,add milk and water. Place flour
and salt in a bowl. Gradually add egg mixture. Mix lightly till blended. Drop into boiling water using a spaetzle maker if have one or cut of spoon using a knife in small bite sized pieces. Cook and remove. This is for six servings. Serve with melted butter, sauces or whatever you like.
