3 (more or less) baking potatoes -- one really big potato will do for 2 people
olive oil to coat
salt
pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes, slice in strips about 1/2" wide, and place in ice water for about 30 minutes. Dry thoroughly. Place potato slices on a non-stick cookie sheet, sprinkle with olive oil , salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Bake 475 degrees for a total of about 25 min. Turn over after 15 min. and sprinkle on some paprika, then continue to bake for remaining time.
