2 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. frozen corn
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt margarine over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in milk and sour cream. Continue to cook sauce until thickened. (Do not boil) Stir in cheese and uncooked corn. Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes.
