Fresh spinach ( I usually buy 2 bags and pick out the best leaves)
Fresh strawberries (halved or quartered, depending on size)

Dressing

½ cup sugar
½ cup oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 T sesame seeds
1T poppy seeds
1 ½ t fresh minced onion
¼ t Worcestershire sauce
¼ t paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients well. Can make ahead and re-blend at serving time.

Wash spinach leaves individually if not pre-washed kind. Tear into large bite sized
Pieces, then add cut strawberries. Pour dressing over and toss just prior to serving
to maintain crispness.
