Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat (also use tenders )
16 ounces Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
8 oz parmesan cheese , grated

Directions:
Directions:
If desired, marinate the chicken breasts in 8 ounces of dressing to achieve the most flavor. Place chicken on a greased cookie sheet or in a greased pan. Pour remaining dressing over the chicken just before baking. If chicken is not marinated, pour all the dressing over the chicken just before cooking, lightly salting the chicken before adding the dressing to help the dressing stick.
Bake at 350F for 20 – 30 minutes, less for tenders, or until the chicken has reached and internal temperature of 170F. Dressing will turn a golden brown. Sprinkle chicken with the parmesan cheese for the last 3-5 minutes of baking, just so it melts. Add additional cheese after removing from the oven if desired.
