3 cups sugar
1 ½ cups softened butter
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp vanilla
¾ tsp salt
6 eggs
2 ¼ cups flour


Mint Frosting

1 pound powdered sugar
¼ tsp peppermint oil
Green food coloring
½ cup butter, softened
2 tbsp light karo syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dash salt


Chocolate Frosting

1 pound powdered sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp vanilla
½ cup butter, softened
1/3 cup boiling water

Brownie directions:
Combine all ingredients in bosch with cookie paddles, mix only until creamy (be careful not to over mix). Prepare a large cookie sheet with parchment liner. Pour in mixture. Bake 350° for 18-22 minutes of until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

Frostine Directions:
Combine and mix thoroughly the ingredients for each frosting. Frost brownies with mint frosting. Put in fridge for 10 minutes. Then frost with chocolate frosting. Cut into squares and enjoy!
