Chicken Parmesan Recipe

6 chicken breasts
2 jars spaghetti sauce (any type)
Container of Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese
Package of sliced provolone cheese
Vegetable oil
salt and pepper
garlic salt or powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In pan, heat oil to medium.
While oil is heating, beat eggs with fork and dip chicken breasts in egg. Then roll in bread crumbs being sure to coat both sides evenly. Carefully place coated chicken breasts in frying oil. Cook until no longer pink on inside and brown on both sides.

Remove chicken from oil and allow to drain on paper towel. Spread a layer of sauce on bottom of 9x13 baking pan, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and some bread crumbs, place chicken on top and cover with remaining sauce, this time topping each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese and then again topping with a sprinkle of bread crumbs and more Parmesan. Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted.

You can serve with a side of buttered pasta of your choice.
