1 package frozen chicken cutlets
1 large onion
5-6 stalks celery, washed and cut into small pieces
2 c. Jiffy Baking Mix (Bisquick will work too)
2/3 c. milk
salt and pepper
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in large pot of water. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Add onion and celery and boil until chicken is cooked through and tender.

While chicken is cooking, mix your dumplings by adding 2 c. Jiffy mix to 2/3 c. milk. Stir by hand until a gummy mixture forms. Set aside.

Carefully remove chicken pieces from pot, leaving broth and vegetables to simmer on reduced heat. DO NOT DRAIN LIQUID FROM POT. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and return to simmering broth.

Slowly add dumplings, by spoonfuls into simmering broth. Cover with lid and simmer slowly for about 15 minutes until dumplings are fluffy.
