6-8 white potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into small chunks
8 oz. container sour cream
1/2 - 1 c. milk
1 stick margarine, cut into pieces
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender, drain water and keep in same pot. Remove pot from stove and add, sour cream, some of the milk and margarine. Beat with mixer until potatoes are smooth and creamy. You can add more milk if too thick, Salt and pepper to taste.
