1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C margarine softened
1/2 C shortening
2 eggs
2 3/4 C flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix 1 1/2 C sugar, margarine, shortening, and eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Shape dough into balls, teaspoon full size. Mix 2 T sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in mixture to coat. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 8 - 10 minutes or until set.
