10 spareribs
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 med onion sliced
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves finely minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs in oil in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Place in 13x 9 glass baking dish. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the liquid in which you have browned the ribs and saute onion until limp. Add ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worchestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend well and simmer on low heat for 15 mins. Pour sauce over ribs and bake uncovered at 350º for 45 mins or until done.
