3 cloves garlic minced finely
1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
1/3 cup sherry wine
2 tablespoons sugar
fryer cut up or selected pieces of chicken

Directions:
Directions:
combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan and bring to a boil and simmer for 7 mins. Cool marinade and when cool pour over chicken in baking dish. Let chicken marinate for 1 hr. Drain chicken and reserve marinade. Cook chicken in oven for 30-35 mins in 350º preheated oven. Reheat marinade and brush over chicken and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
