Lasagna Recipe

3/4 lb. hamburger
2 garlic cloves
1 small onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. crushed pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
1 T. Parsley
6 oz. can Tomato Paste
8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
3/4 C. Hot Water
1 Egg
12 oz. Cottage Cheese
1/4 lb. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 C. Mozzarella Cheese

Lightly brown meat. Add garlic and onion and cook until onion is tender and add seasonings, tomato paste, sauce and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Blend egg with cottage cheese. In large pan alternate with noodles, hamburger, cottage cheese. Continue until everything is gone and pour sauce on top. Bake uncovered on 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
