2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained (save Juice)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Acini DiPepe pasta
1 C. sugar
2 T. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
9 oz. whipped topping

Drain crushed pineapple, save juice. Chill pineapple covered in refrigerator until ready to use. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 3/4 cups.(I have also use some of the mandarin orange juice before). Mix juice with sugar, flour and salt in sauce pan. Add eggs and blend well. cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly, cool at room temperature. Cook pasta according to package. Rinse pasta with cool water, until pasta is cool and drain. Pour thicken juice over pasta stir well. Then add pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and whipped topping and mix gently. (Also good with flavored mini marshmallows.)
