1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. plain flour
1 egg yolk
1 1/4 c. finely ground pecans (chop and grind in blender or food processor)
Confectioner sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all ingredients, excluding confectioner sugar. Mixture will resemble pie dough. Form into crescent shapes or balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Roll in confectioner's sugar and store in tightly sealed container.
