1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Shortening
2 Eggs
1 c. Molasses
4-4 1/2 c. Flour
4 tsp. Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Add eggs and molasses. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll into balls. Roll balls in sugar.
Bake: 400º F. Time: 10-12 Minutes
