1 lb. lean beef or venison
1/2 lb. ham
1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 large. onion
1/2 apple
1 clove garlic
3-4 green chilies
2 stalks celery
1 med. tomato
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Cut ingredients into inch cubes. Cut garlic and peppers into smaller pieces. Mix altogether very well. Spread onto waxed paper, salt and pepper evenly. Put lemon juice over all of mixture. ( The lemon juice "cooks" the meat.) Grind once, mix well with hands. Grind 2 MORE times.

Serve with crackers.
