3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, broken

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice. Sift together all dry ingredients and fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread in a 15x10x1 lined (waxed paper) pan and top with pecans. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Turn out on towel and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar. Roll towel and cake together. Cool. Unroll and spread with filling. Refrigerate.

Filling:
1 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
4 T. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla.

Beat until smooth. Spread over cake and chill several hours.
