2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cold butter
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c.semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. english toffee bits

Topping:
1 tsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until just moistened. Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits. Drop by 2 teaspoonfuls, 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 11-13 mins. or until golden brown. Serves 1 dozen.
