1 12 oz. bag of Birds Eye frozen Steamfresh Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher or sea salt
fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to completely coat the Brussels Sprouts. Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and put on center rack in the oven. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally to evenly brown. The sprouts will be well browned with some black spots when ready. Remove from oven and sprinkle with a little more salt. Serve immediately. (Adjust salt to personal taste)

This has become a favorite side dish for Jimmy and I. The sprouts are sweet and salty at the same time. They can even be eaten cold if you have leftovers. Although we never do!!
