2 10oz pkg Frozen chopped Spinach (cook and drain), 2 c. pkg Stuffing Mix (Pepperidge Farms), 1 c. Parmesan Cheese, 6 Eggs beaten, 3/4 c. Oleo softened.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients roll into balls the size of walnuts bake at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes. These can be frozen on a cookie sheet and placed in a zip lock bag, use as needed add a little extra cooking time.
