1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cube butter
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz tub Cool Whip
1 small pkg chocolate instant pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Blend flour and butter, spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, and bake 12 minutes, or use graham cracker crust. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 1/2 the Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pudding using only 2 1/2 cups milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture, top with rest of Cool Whip.
