1 box graham crackers
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 1/4 cup milk
1 8 oz tub cool whip
1 tub of chocolate icing

Directions:
Butter a 9 x 14 pan. Line with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk; beat 2 minutes and blend in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 mixture over crackers. Place a second layer of crackers on pudding. Cover with the remaining pudding mixture, add a third layer of crackers. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Spread chocolate icing on top and chill for 24 hours.
