1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cans chili beans in sauce
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
8 1/2 oz. cornbread muffin mix
Small can Mexican-style corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the onion, pepper, and ground beef together; drain. Stir in the chili beans, barbecue sauce, and salt. Bring to a boil. Spoon into a 9-inch baking pan or medium casserole dish. Prepare the corn muffin mix accoding to the package directions; stir in the corn. Spoon over the meat mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
