250g packet of Cream cheese - softened
1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
1/2 cup fresh parsley (optional)
1 tsp curry powder
420g tin corn kernels
1 cup sour light cream
4 bacon rashes (chopped and cooked)
1 large cop loaf

Directions:
Directions:
Cut top off cob so that a lid is formed. Carefully remove all bread from inside the loaf, leaving enough around the edges to serve as a wall. Combine corn, sour cream, cream cheese, bacon, parsley and curry powder. Spoon into cob and replace lid. Wrap loaf in two layers of alfoil and place on baking tray. Bake for 1 hour 15 mins or until it has heated through at 180C. Add remaining bread to oven for last 10 mins to dry out and be used for dipping.
