1 c. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
6 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into baking pan (8x8). Make 3 wells in the ingredients. In one well put oil, in another well, put vinegar, and in the third well put the vanilla. Pour WARM water over all and mix thoroughly. Bake 25-30 minutes at 325º for glass pan and 350º in metal pan. Test with a toothpick starting at 25 minutes and keep testing until the toothpick comes out with no liquid attached. Don't leave it in too oven too long. Keep checking. STAND THERE AND WATCH. IT WILL BE WORTH IT.

1 Box Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1/4 c. Milk
6 Tbsp. Cocoa
