3 packages frozen chopped spinach
1 can artichoke hearts
8 oz cream cheese
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to the package directions-drain well (make sure al the water is out of it--squeeze it with your hands!)) Drain artichoke hearts and cut in pieces. Melt butter in pan, add cream cheese, spinach and chestnuts, and chopped artichokes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes at 400º.
You can also put thin into a chaffing dish and keep a fire under it, and serve with pita chips, as an appetizer.
