1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. of bread crumbs
1c. Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic chopped very small
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped parsley
1 egg
about 5 med size potatoes and chop in cubes

Mix hamburger with all of ingred. (I taste the hamburger so I know if it has enough of everything in it. It should taste like the cheese and have a good flavor not like raw hamburger.). If dry add a sm. amt. of water and mix. Make small meat balls about the size of a small golf ball. .Put chopped potatoes into pot add water to cover and when water starts to boil drop in meatballs. do not brown meatballs first. Cook until potatoes are cooked through. Add salt and pepper to taste and add a little thickening if stew is too thing..
