1-2 pounds ground chuck
dash of worchestershire sauce
1/4 sweet onion
brown sugar
ketchup
salt & pepper
mustard
a little water

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add the rest of ingredients to taste. Heat through and serve with really good bakery buns, potato chips and Hawaiian Salad (see Salads).

This is the type of cook I am. A little of this and that. The sloppy joe's are never quite the same which makes things interesting. I wish I could be of more help but I don't measure too much..sorry.
