2 cups Flour, 2 cup Sugar, 1 tsp. Baking Soda, 1/2 cup Sour Cream, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 2 Eggs, 1 cup Butter, 1 cup Water, 5 T. unsweetened Cocoa Powder, ICING: 6 T. Milk, 5 T. unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 1/2 cup Butter, 4 cups Powdered Sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1 cup chopped Walnuts

Mix together the flour, sugar, soda, and salt. Mix in the sour cream, then beat in the eggs. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in the water and 5 T. Cocoa. Bring to a boil and take off heat. Allow to cool slightly, then stir cocoa mixture into the dry ingredients, mix until blended. Pour batter into greased 10 X 15 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. For icing: In a large saucepan, combine the milk, 5 T. cocoa and 1/2 cup butter. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in the nuts. Spread frosting over warm cake.
