1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 8 oz container sour cream
1 c. pace picante sauce
2 t. chili powder
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. monterey jack cheese (just whatever cheese you have)
10 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder. Take out 1 cup of that mixture and mix it with the chicken and the cheese. Spoon mixture into tortillas and place in an 8x11 pan. Poor remaining sauce over the enchiladas.
I usually put lots of cheese on top too.

I hope this makes sense. Enchiladas are my favorite food and I have lots of recipes, but we really like this one.
