Canned Pineapple Rings (reserve the liquid)
Velveeta Cheese - Shredded
Lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Place a few lettuce leaves in a salad bowl
Put two pineapple rings on the lettuce
Top off with desired amount of shredded Velveeta cheese
Drizzle some pineapple juice over the top

This was my favorite salad growing up! I have tried other brands of cheese, but it just does not taste the same. That could be attributed to "childhood memories."
