1 cove garlic
2 tbs fresh basil
2 tsp rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 black pepper
1 tbs olive oil and 1tsp olive oil
2 Cornish game hens
1/3 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor or blender add garlic, basil and rosemary and process for 10-15 seconds. Add salt and pepper and 1 tbs of olive oil. Process for a few seconds longer.

Place hens breast side up in a pan. Loosen skin from breast: rub herb mixture over breast under skin. Brush top of skin with remaining tsp of oil. Pour water into pan around hens.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 55-70 minutes or until temperature on thickest part of thigh is 180 degrees.
