Onions (optional)
Condensed Milk
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes 1/4 inch crosswise. Slice onion same way. Layer 1/2 potatoes and desired amount of onions and salt and pepper. Cover with second layer of potatoes. Mix condensed milk and water (half of each) over potatoes until just to top--not covered.
Season uncooked pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Place in single layer on top of potatoes.
Cook at 375º until potatoes are done. Pork chops may be turned over half-way through baking if desired. They will be done by the time the potatoes are ready.
