2 1/2 lbs chicken wings (12-15 wings)
1/4 C. Durkee's Red Hot Sauce
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Split wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry. Deep fry at 400º for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy; drain. Combine hot sauce and butter. Dip wings in sauce to coat completely.

Tyson became a great fan of Buffalo Wings after discovering them at a pizza shop. He liked them so much that he requested that they be served at his 9th birthday party for eight hungry little boys. There was a huge pile of chicken bones when they were done!
