1 1/2 to 2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
1 Large Can Refried Beans
2 Packages Mexican Seasoning Such as Taco, Enchilada, Burrito
2 Cans Enchilada Sauce
1 Package Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Package Corn or flour tortillas

Toppings:
Salsa
Sour cream
Tomatoes
Lettuce
1 Bag of Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add seasonings and follow directions on package. Add beans and mix well. Add the other half of the sauce to mixture.
In a 13x9 inch pan pour approximately 1/2 can enchilada sauce on bottom of pan to prevent sticking. Place tortillas and arrange to cover pan. Spread some of the meat/bean mixture over tortillas and some of the cheese. Repeat layering until all mixture is used. Finish top layer with cheese and 2nd can of sauce. Bake until completely hot at 350º and cheese is melted.
Cut into squares and place on plate, you can top it with the topping if you choose.
