1 Can Corn
3 Zucchini Squash
3 Yellow Squash
1 Pound Pork Meat, (Pork Steak or Chop Meat is Good)
3/4 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons of Oil
2 Ounces of Tomato Sauce
1 Ounce Chilli Powder
1 Ounce Powder Onions
1 Ounce Garlic Powder

Directions:

Cut pork meat, zucchini, and yellow squash into small bite-size squares. In a 12 inch skillet, sauté pork meat in oil until brown – salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped up zucchini and yellow squash – stir fry for 2 -3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, add chilli, onion, and garlic powder
Add 3/4 cup water, cover all ingredients, and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
(Let simmer to the texture of squash you want, crunchy or soft)

Serve in a bowl. Eat with warmed up corn tortillas on the side.
