Put into a glass measuring cup and stir:

1 1/2 tsp. melted margarine
1/4 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 cup lukewarm water



Add and stir in:

1 egg, beaten with fork
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry yeast



Sift into a large bowl:

2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Gradually add flour mixture to the liquid mixture. Use your hands & work dough until it is soft & firm, but not sticky. Add a little more flour if necessary. Knead dough until smooth & elastic, about 10 min. Allow dough to sit at room temp in bowl covered with a dish towel for approximately 2 hours. Knead dough about every 30 minutes during this time. Grease a pizza pan or a cookie sheet. Lightly grease your fingertips and spread the dough to fit the pan. Add your favorite sauce and toppings. Bake in 350º oven until done.
