8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 T. light brown sugar
3/4 c. chopped white or dark semi-sweet chocolate chips
chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese, butter & confectioners' sugar in a bowl until light & fluffy. Add the vanilla, brown sugar & chocolate chips & mix well. Chill, covered, for 3-10 hours. Shape into a ball & coat with pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
