2 packages dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup milk - room temperature
6 1/2 cups flour
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, set aside. Beat together sugar and eggs. Add salt, butter, potatoes, milk, yeast and 3 cups flour. Beat until mixed. Add the remaining flour and knead until smooth (about 5 minutes). Place in greased bowl and let rise in warm place until almost doubled. Punch down. Divide into three portions and roll each out into a circle. Cut into wedges. Roll up each wedge starting at the wide end. Place on sheet pans. Let rise until about double. Brush tops with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes or until slightly browned.
