2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 pound lean pork, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
1 15 ounce can black beans, drained
1 10-1/2 ounce can chicken broth
1-1/4 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1 4.5 ounce can chopped green chilies, drained
2 teaspoon chili powder
hot cooked rice
cilantro sprigs

Directions:

Lightly coat pork and next six ingredients with flour. Place in a greased roasting pan in an even layer. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until pork is done. Serve with hot rice and garnish with cilantro.
