3 to 4 lb Beef Tenderloin (defatted)
2 limes
2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, cut in thin slivers
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the limes, garlic, worchestershire, salt and pepper shake well in a covered jar. Place beef in a shallow baking dish, rub beef with marinade on both sides. Place slivers of garlic on bottom of baking dish and lay meat over it and place remaining garlic on top of beef. Let stand at room temperature.
