6 lb chuck roast
cooking oil
Lipton dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup cooking wine
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Place Roast in 2 large pieces of heavy duty tinfoil.
Brush top of roast with cooking oil and sprinkle half of the onion soup package over the roast. Place second piece of tinfoil over baking pan and turn seasoned side of roast onto foil in pan. Brush top side of roast with oil, sprinkle dry onion soup, wine, and water over roast. Crimp second piece of foil over piece lining baking pan and seal tightly, so the heat won't escape. Bake at 300º for 3-1/2 to 4 hrs.
