1 1/4 c. Canola oil
2 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 envelope DRY Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (buttermilk type)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 box (4 sleeves) regular saltine crackers

Directions:

Take 2 - gallon size zip lock bags and put 2 sleeves of saltine cracker in each bag. Mix all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended. Pour 1/2 of mixture on top of each back of crackers. Seal bag with air left inside. Toss bag gently to distribute the oil mixture. Set timer for 10 minutes. (Bags need to be tossed every 10 minutes for 40 minutes). Remove crackers and store in air tight containers. Serve with Monterrey Jack Cheese slices.
