Buffalo Chip Cookies Recipe

1 c. margarine
1 c. shortening
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. cereal - your preference
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut

Preheat oven to 350. Melt together the margarine and shortening. Blend in the brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla and eggs and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients. Using an ice cream scoop, place dough on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes. Cookies will look not quite done, but be sure you do not over bake. They will be moist. Enjoy
